Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for the Family Channel and will report hierarchically to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop the client profiles assigned to the branch during periodic commercial campaigns.
2. Handle inbound customer requests to ensure their satisfaction, collaborating with colleagues at the branch.
3. Identify suitable products from the DB Easy portfolio based on customer needs.
4. Ensure the achievement of growth and profitability objectives within the 'Family' segment for the branch.
5. Monitor the quality of the output and, in agreement with the Branch and Regional Managers, define and implement necessary corrective actions.
