But at ABB, you’ll never run alone. /p pReports to: Chapter Leader – Business Process Management. /p pAs a Business Functional Analyst, you will be a member of the Commercial Processes and Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit, specifically in the Customer Portal Digital Commerce Ecosystem Team, which ensures EL wide common tools and experiences in the Electrification landscape worldwide. You will lead projects for the development of global opportunity to remittance post sale service web-based tools. /p pBy collaborating with Marketing Sales, Global Product Management, IT, Supply Chain and Finance, you will be responsible for defining and documenting functional user stories, including business and business process rules, user experience, output documentation, process improvements, and downstream system integration needs. In addition, you will be managing timelines, resources, and owning story execution. /p pThe work model is hybrid. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUncover, collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements or stories, skillfully translating them into implementation stories. /li liCollaborate closely with business users and development team to establish clear development plans and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment. /li liWork together with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, encompassing capacity, status, and velocity, across planned developments and releases. /li liMaster the intricacies of our application landscape and grasp business needs, allowing you to proactively address incidents and changes. /li liTake an active role in creating and presenting innovative solutions to our Business users and Partners. /li liBecome the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise, contributing your technical and business process/data prowess to drive ongoing operations and develop high‑quality products. /li liEmbrace a collaborative, cross‑discipline team environment, apply Agile development methodologies and actively participate in all team activities. /li liDevelop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration tools. /li liProvide training and guidance to users of the tools. /li liManage timelines, resources, and overall project execution. /li liReport out and provide project updates to key stakeholders. /li /ul h3Team Dynamics /h3 pOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business and minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, project management, or software development. /li liItalian English speaker. /li liStrong knowledge of Agile processes and/or project management and project execution methodologies. /li liExcellent analytical and computer skills and influencing skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer advocate. /li liChampion of change; willing and eager to promote change. /li liFamiliarity with Agile methodologies. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office, Figma, and DevOps / Jira. /li /ul pWe value people from different backgrounds.
