HR JUNIOR

Responsibility
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* managing employee master data and attendance control;
* handling administrative practices related to employees, from hiring to termination;
* company communication and internal reporting activities, as well as accountability within HR matters;
* supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.
Requirements:
* belonging to Protected Categories as per Italian Law 68/99;
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree;
* excellent knowledge of the English language;
* previous, even minimal, experience in the role, gained at staffing agencies or structured companies;
* problem-solving skills;
* excellent interpersonal skills, effective in dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
