This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards for the stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity. /ppbr/ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/ppb1. Definition and monitoring of brand standards /b /pulliCreation and implementation of guidelines related to: /liliLook Feel of the stores (interior and exterior) /liliFunctional signage for the customer experience /liliCompany uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations) /liliSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of house /liliConducting regular audits in stores to verify: /liliCleanliness and order /liliProduct quality /liliCustomer journey /liliCompliance with look feel and uniform guidelines /liliDeveloping corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers /li /ulpbr/ppb2. Optimization of operational processes /b /pulliIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting standards /liliCollaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutions /liliMonitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issues /li /ulpbr/ppb3. Training and staff development /b /pulliOrganizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating procedures /liliCollecting feedback through post-training surveys /liliDrafting reports on the costs of the sessions /liliCollaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunities /li /ulpbr/ppb4. Monitoring store performance /b /pulliAnalyzing KPIs and metrics including: customer reviews (GMB); food delivery performance indicators; mystery shopper rating and NPS. /liliSupporting Area Managers in managing: orders and waste monitoring. /li /ulpbr/ppb5. Marketing and communication support /b /pulliSupervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in stores /liliCollaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects /li /ulpbr/ppb6.
