We also support clients in modernizing their QA processes, including migrating frameworks from legacy tools to modern solutions, enabling faster delivery cycles and improved product quality. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liAct as a Quality Advocate across missions and programmes, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle /li liProvide thought leadership in quality engineering, test automation, and agile best practices /li liLead the automation strategy and roadmap across teams, ensuring scalability and maintainability /li liAssess the current state of quality across multiple teams or missions and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities /li liDrive automation metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness and ROI /li liGuide teams on automation coverage, tooling selection, and test pyramid strategy /li liMentor and guide QE and SDET team members where required /li /ul h3What You'll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required /li liMinimum 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role is required /li liStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum) /li liStrong experience in Quality Engineering, test automation, and agile delivery /li liProven experience leading or contributing to enterprise-scale programmes /li liHands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks (UI, API and backend), CI/CD pipelines, and quality metrics /li liProficiency in modern programming/scripting languages used for test automation /li liAbility to work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liSelf-driven and proactive, with a mindset of continuous improvement /li liConfident in making recommendations and driving them to completion /li liBalanced technical depth and strategic thinking /li liProven track record in defect management and SLA-driven environments /li liExcellent English verbal and written skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
