We are looking for a Trade Product Management Trainee to join the Italy Trade Marketing Team of the Aftermarket Division in Corbetta (Milan).
**The trainee will support the team in the following activities**:
- Turnover, margin and pricing targets achievement for the assigned products;
- Creation of the most effective promotional actions, monitoring of the impact of the designed solutions (profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.) and planning of any necessary corrective measure;
- Support the Supply Chain team in defining sales forecasts for the assigned products;
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis, competitors benchmarks and market analysis in order to define the best strategies for positioning, promotion and distribution of products on the domestic market to guarantee sales objectives, considering budget and marketing plan;
- Support the Sales team during product launches, presentations to customers and others external activities such as fairs, conventions and meetings with workshops and spare parts dealers;
- Creation of reports and presentations for internal use, sales force or customers.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistical Sciences or equivalent qualification;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Previous experience within a Marketing function of a structured Company as a plus;
- Soft Skills: communication and listening skills; customer orientation, organization skills, business acumen, proactive approach, organizational sensitivity and analytical skills.
- Technical skills: knowledge of the automotive market; economic, statistical and marketing knowledges; notions of sales techniques and legal issues (contracts) as a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of Office (Excel mainly) and SAP as nice to have;
- Availability to occasional business trips.
