**Position Mission** As a PLM / CAD Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our PLM and CAD systems to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. **Responsibilities**
- He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement PLM/CAD solutions.
- He/She will conduct detailed analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- He/She will develop and maintain documentation for PLM/CAD processes and systems.
- He/She will provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PLM/CAD tools.
- He/She will manage issues and incident resolution, providing support and administration for CAD and PLM systems.
- He/She will stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend best practices **Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience** Technical skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in PLM and CAD software (e.g., PTC Windchill, Creo Parametric, Siemens Teamcenter, CATIA v5, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration/implementing PLM/CAD systems within structured industries.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing PLM/CAD solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
