Responsibilities
* Diagnostic and resolution of electrical problems on plant machinery.
* Coordination of a 3‑person team, supporting electricians in problem management.
* Raccordo between production and maintenance team.
Qualifications
* Solid experience as electrical maintenanceman (6‑7 years).
* Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and fault detection.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Availability for daytime central shift with overtime as needed.
Offer
Location: Castellarano (RE). Contract: permanent. Working hours 08:00‑17:00. Salary RAL + variable + benefits, to be evaluated on profile.
