Your Role
Responsibility for the seasonal fashion product range FALKE Fashion Legwear for men & women, chunky knitwear and women's fine knitwear
Development and implementation of international collection strategies and fashionable product concepts for your product categories, based on the FALKE brand concept
Management and development of seasonal collections for the above product categories – from the initial idea to product launch, throughout the entire product life cycle
Continuous market, competition and country research, as well as observation of market and brand developments with regard to (inter)national trends, with targeted implementation of appropriate measures
Creation, support and implementation of marketing and promotion plans
Close collaboration with the content team and the e-commerce department (category management, performance marketing) to ensure the appropriate implementation of the marketing and product range strategy
Sales and revenue planning, as well as the development of an appropriate pricing policy and control
Planning, supporting, co-organising and implementing sales, prototype and regional or global meetings
Planning and implementing regular photo shoots
Working closely with design, product development, sales, external service providers and agencies to contribute to our mutual success
Your Profile
Successful business studies with a focus on marketing/product management or studies in the field of fashion or textile management paired with an economic context
Several years of professional experience (at least 2-3 years) as a product/marketing manager in an international brand company (ideally in the high-end fashion or accessories sector)
Analytical thinking, independent and goal-oriented approach to work, and the ability to grasp complex issues
Strong communication, assertiveness and presentation skills
Proactivity, creativity, sense of responsibility, market- and cost-oriented thinking
Aesthetic sensibility, a high affinity for fashion and the ability to operate in complex structures
Confident use of Microsoft 365/Teams/project management tools and very good written and spoken English
