World Health Labs is seeking a highly dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant who is willing to relocate for up to 12 months per year to support our CEO. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, thick-skinned, and highly organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring the CEO's personal and professional life runs seamlessly. The Principal lives a very high-paced life, prioritizing business growth, fitness, nutrition, health, and sleep. The ideal candidate will be on call 24/7 and able to travel (Italy [Como and other locations], USA [Miami and others], Canada, and other parts of the world) with the CEO as their top priority. Responsibilities include: Wellness support (grocery shopping, cooking, meal prepping, cycling/bike support, management), transportation needs Health record management and other health support & errands Household upkeep Guest hospitality Potentially some EA tasks in addition to PA tasks This position follows a structured schedule with flexibility required beyond set hours when needed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Wellness & Lifestyle Management Meal Preparation & Nutrition: The Principal follows a strict meal plan, including weighing food and preparing nutrition needs for workouts and daily activities. Most meals are prepared 24 hours in advance, with some exceptions. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, stock ingredients, and handle grocery shopping approximately 5 days per week. Bike Maintenance & Gear Prep: Support daily bike rides by cleaning and maintaining the bicycle, managing gear, and supporting nutritional needs during rides. 2. Health Record Management Manage health records across multiple countries, coordinate appointments with physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, etc., and handle billing and scheduling. 3. Personal & Transportation Support Provide transportation for errands and trips Grocery and personal shopping Track deliveries and online purchases Run miscellaneous personal errands 4. Guest Management & Hospitality Prepare the home for guests Greet and assist guests Coordinate accommodations and itineraries for out-of-town visitors Handle special requests discreetly 5. Schedule & Logistics Coordination Manage the CEO's calendar, update appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively 6. Household Maintenance & Vendor Management Ensure regular cleaning and upkeep Coordinate repairs and maintenance Manage household supplies and oversee projects Ideal Candidate Profile: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Italian preferred Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with sensitive information Strong communication and problem-solving skills At least 5 years of PA experience, including meal prep, house management, and schedule coordination Ability to work proactively without constant supervision Valid driver’s license and passport required Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 8 hours (subject to extension) Saturday & Sunday: 8 hours (week prep) Monday: 3 hours The candidate must be available 24/7 for urgent needs despite the structured schedule.
