We're Hiring: Product Owner / Technical Project Manager (Industrial Software)
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of our CPPC Tiers industrial control platform, a mission-critical solution for utility-scale renewable and energy storage systems.
This is a strategic role at the intersection of industrial software, power systems, and business execution.

Full remote (only freelance consultancy agreements)
Your Mission
Ensure delivery of CPPC Tiers according to scope, milestones, and business priorities - preventing scope creep and schedule slippage while maintaining technical integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Jira backlog (epics, user stories, prioritization)
- Enforce feature freeze and release discipline
- Align R&D; activities with commercial and partner expectations
- Plan milestones and manage release cadence
- Support scope vs. timeline trade-off decisions
- Coordinate across control engineering, software, QA, and integration teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10+ years in technical product management or project management
- Strong technical background
- Experience managing complex HW/SW roadmaps
- Industrial software development lifecycle knowledge
- Familiarity with energy, automation, or OT environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira)
