We are a luxury fashion brand seeking a Senior Footwear & Accessories Designer – Product Development to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis, based in Milan or Florence.This role will lead all design and product development activities across:- Women’s footwear- Accessories- Kids footwear & accessoriesThe position bridges creative direction and production execution, working closely with Italian factories and suppliers to bring collections from concept to final product.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop seasonal collections across all categories- Oversee product development from sketches to final production- Liaise with Italian factories, suppliers, and material vendors- Manage sampling, fittings, and production quality- Ensure timelines, costs, and luxury standards are metRequirements:- 5+ years experience in luxury footwear and/or accessories design- Strong technical and production knowledge- Proven experience working with Italian manufacturers- Fluent in Italian and English
