Reach millions. bThis is just the beginning /b. /p h3What we look for /h3 ul liFor our growing leads pipeline, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team of superstars and help us close even more deals. This is an intense, challenging and fast job where a mix of sales ability and analytical skills are required to succeed. /li liOur sales team currently consists of various roles: Inbound SDR, Account Executive, Partnership Outbound BDR, Accountants. /li liWe’re looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and who has a passion for excelling at what they do. /li /ul h3You are the perfect fit if: /h3 ul liYou are an achiever who loves challenges and demands constant intellectual stimulus /li liYou are a startup lover /li liYou have a track record in B2B SaaS sales as either an AE or and SDR/BDR with 2+ years of experience /li liYou are a listener who possesses closing skills /li liYou give everything to reach your targets /li liYou are passionate about technology, continuous learning and building products. /li liYou enjoy working in a team and are keen on learning from others. /li liYou thrive when given responsibility and you like to take initiative to improve processes. /li /ul h3What will you do: /h3 ul liYou will be in charge of demoing our solutions to the hot leads our SDR team has sourced for you /li liYou will meet up to new CEOs/CFOs/owners/administrative directors every single day during your demos and you will be showcasing them Sibill's features /li liYou will follow your deals throughout their trial with follow up meetings to make sure they are making the most out of our software /li liYou will be managing a large pipeline with the goal of maximizing conversions /li liYou will close on average 30 new logos every month /li liYou will be responsible for managing the CRM (Hubspot). /li /ul h3What will you need /h3 ul liA (concrete) passion for innovation and for making things easier through technology /li liAbility to explain complex concepts in simple words /li liAbility to persuade prospect customers without promising the impossible or the unattainable /li liA passion for data and analysis to extract valuable information from the sales activity you’ll perform /li libFluency in Italian is a Must /b /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul li55-65k euros OTE /li liMeal vouchers (8 euros a day) + welfare benefits /li liNice office in MAC3, Milan /li /ul h3Recruitment Process /h3 ol liChat with HR /li liInterview with Team Leader AE /li liInterview with Head of Sales /li liOffer /li /ol h3By applying, you consent to Sibill’s processing of your personal data for recruitment and hiring purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at: /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
