This is a strategic and highly hands‐on role where you will blend meticulous planning, creative execution, and logistical excellence to bring the Spoki brand to life. You will have complete ownership of our event strategy, from dynamic internal team‐building activities that strengthen our culture, to high‐impact international trade shows that drive our business growth. Your mission will be to ensure every event and corporate travel experience is impeccable, on‐brand, and achieves its strategic objectives, positioning Spoki as a leader in the conversational commerce space.Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of our events, from initial concept and objective setting to post‐event analysis. This includes budget creation and management, timeline development, venue selection, and vendor negotiation.External Events & Trade Shows: Design and execute our presence at key industry fairs and external events. Manage all logistics, including stand design and setup, marketing material production, lead generation strategies, and measuring the event's ROI.Internal Corporate Events: Conceptualize and manage engaging internal events that foster our company culture and drive team cohesion, including team‐building activities, company‐wide meetings, and corporate celebrations.Corporate Travel Management: Oversee and optimize all internal corporate travel. Manage the booking of flights, accommodations, and transfers, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of our team's travel.Cross‐Departmental Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with all key departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership) to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution. Maintain and develop a solid network of vendors, agencies, and external partners.Operational Coordination and Briefing: Organize and conduct detailed pre‐event briefings to align all involved teams on the objectives, responsibilities, and activities to be carried out before, during, and after each initiative, ensuring everyone is prepared and coordinated.Budget & Financial Control: Develop, manage, and meticulously report on budgets for all events and travel activities, constantly seeking opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

Experience & Skills

3+ years of proven experience in event management, with a specific track record in organizing B2B corporate events, trade shows, and managing corporate travel logistics.A strong portfolio or track record of successfully managed events of varying scales, demonstrating creativity and flawless execution.Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong negotiation and budget management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent problem‐solving skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.Flexibility and availability to handle potential operational needs, in line with the dynamic nature of events and urgent travel.Strategic thinker with a data‐informed approach to measuring event success and ROI.Proficiency with event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Spanish is a plus.
