Customer Service Assistant Role

The Role:
1. Maximize sales for the store;
2. Develop enduring relationships with clients;
3. Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
4. Approach customers and offer advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
5. Manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
6. Advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
7. Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
8. Handle merchandise returns;
9. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment;
10. Support the team with general store operations;
11. Arrange merchandise on shelves based on popularity and other criteria;
12. Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
13. Maintain the customer database by inputting and updating customer profiles;
14. Go the extra mile to meet targets.
The Candidate:
* Chinese speaking
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired
* Experience in retail or service industry
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and inspire customers & store colleagues
