Deal Advisory helps companies evaluate risks and opportunities in corporate finance transactions, streamline processes, and facilitate various deal stages.
Our Restructuring services team supports debt and industrial restructuring, helping clients develop business plans to stabilize and sustainably transform their businesses. We work with multinationals, family businesses, private equity, and financial institutions on debt restructuring, distressed M&A, and lender advisory activities.
Within Financing activities, we assist companies in obtaining non-repayable grants and subsidized loans under national and European co-financing programs (PNRR and other incentives) to fund investment projects.
As a team member, you will work with leading Italian and international clients, contributing to projects recognized for excellence, including the Finance Community Award for Italian “Restructuring Team of the Year”.
We are recruiting candidates for our Rome office ready for a challenging environment. Your tasks will include:
* Analyzing financial performance of target companies to determine their actual financial status;
* Financial modeling and business planning;
* Conducting independent reviews of business plans;
* Performing commercial and operational due diligence;
* Negotiating with stakeholders such as financial institutions and investors;
* Managing distressed M&A activities;
* Cash management and turnaround strategies;
* Cost analysis and organizational improvements;
* Supporting client participation in co-financing programs, development contracts, and PNRR calls;
* Preparing preliminary checks for incentive measures in development contracts.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This role is ideal if you have:
* 4/5 years experience in financial restructuring, corporate finance, or company crisis management;
* A degree in business, finance, engineering management, or related fields;
* Excellent English skills, preferably with international study or work experience;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
