Human Resources and Organization Department | Pininfarina SpA

Pininfarina, a leading global design house, has created in its 95 year lifespan some of the most influential and iconic designs in automotive history.

Our project ranges cross from hyper-luxury supercars to new mobility solutions, to trains, aircrafts and boats, serving worldwide established OEMs and start-ups.

We are currently strengthening our team, which today operates in three studios in Italy, China and the United States.

With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for

JUNIOR SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - MOBILITY

TASKS :

* Actively participate in sales and business development of all the services offered in Mobility (design, workpackages, coachbuilding)
* Market analysis, competitor’s analysis, business intelligence and benchmarking leading to the identification of new business opportunities
* Creating the new business development pipeline providing an accurate and timely reporting of all new project opportunities to the Mobility Director
* Supporting in building and managing commercial relationships with both existing and prospective Clients across the full range of services; quality-lead generation and new business development
* Supporting in draft detailed workplan & commercial offers
* Supporting in negotiation and close the general T&C
* Helping Clients navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in innovation within complex organizations and markets
* Support to liaise with the R&D and Design Teams to develop comprehensive quotations and to identify the best offering strategy applied to the Clients’ need

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Excellent organizational skills and / or project manager acquisition background
2. Marketing, commercial and financial skills
3. Technical sales and presentation skills
4. Ambitious, passionate about Mobility Area (automotive and transportation) innovation and challenges
5. Result-oriented
6. Brilliant personality with strong communication, customer relationship and networking skills
7. Problem-solving and Team Player
8. Passion for innovation, design, strategic thinking, new technologies and new media
9. Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Economic, Business Administration or Management Engineering
10. At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial area in high value-added services
11. Willing to travel, including international trips
