PstrongAbout the job /strong /ppThis is a contract role on the Bookmap marketing team for a paid media specialist with experience managing evergreen paid media campaigns. /ppThe role will report directly to the Marketing director. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, creative and technical skills from their previous roles. A typical day will be focused on managing performance campaigns for direct paid conversions, upsells, cross-sells and winback campaigns. They will build personalized communications, leveraging data and user research to improve paid media performance. This role encompasses a diverse range of paid media channels including search, paid social media, programmatic, advertorial, display, video, etc. The role will focus primarily on campaign execution and reporting. /ppbr/pstrongCore Responsibilities /strongpbr/pstrong1. Campaign Execution Management /strongulliWith guidance from the Marketing director, this person will own daily operational management of paid channels including: Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Programmatic ( Taboola, Adroll,Criteo ) /liliLaunch, duplicate, pause, and optimize campaigns based on predefined goals /liliManage budgets and bids to ensure spend aligns with CPA and pacing targets /liliMonitor delivery issues (learning limited, underdelivery, audience saturation) /li /ulstrong2. Testing Execution Creative Rotation /strongulliTest and learn based on an established roadmap /liliUpload new creative concepts and variants /liliSet up A/B tests (audiences, creatives, formats, hooks) /liliRotate out fatigued ads /liliEnsure naming conventions and structure are consistent /li /ulstrong3. QA Ownership /strongulliQA all links, landing pages, and tracking before campaigns go live /liliCatch and flag anomalies (broken events, zero conversions, abnormal CVR drops) /li /ulstrong4.
