About the Role
You'll work at the intersection of ethical design, material innovation, and systems thinking, helping shape the garments, processes, and values that define this new collaborative economy.
Your Responsibilities
1. Design circular systems for in-house brands (e.g. reuse, upcycling, rental models)
2. Develop eco-conscious fashion concepts and collections
3. Prototype using sustainable materials and low-impact methods
4. Craft brand storytelling around sustainability values
5. Conduct market research and user discovery for product-market fit
6. Organize events, workshops, or content around sustainable fashion practices
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a creative mindset, hands-on experience in sustainable fashion, and knowledge of circular design, materials, and ethical production. You should also be comfortable prototyping using sustainable materials or tools, interested in regenerative design, storytelling, and community engagement, and fluent in English, with another language being an asset.

Compensation and Time Commitment
