A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will have full responsibility to represent the business integrated profitability by Segment, product category and for the business analysis connected with creation of business plans with particular reference of new product generation and on the analysis of marketing investments. The role will also cover the analysis of the cost of the Product and Marketing function. You will work closely with the Group controller and in the creation of strategic and budget plans required for the financial information at Group level. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Representation and analysis of the main drivers of profitability, by Segment (customer category) - Delivery of robust business plans considering all financial/market assumption in line with Group timelines/guidelines - Accurate preparation and timely submission of all required information for strategic plans and budget purposes at Group level - Business processes knowledge in order to support product and market analysis - Analysis and reporting of sales/margins by categories and market in order to follow up performance and highlight corrective actions in the generation plan - Follow up of new initiatives (new product launches) in terms of sales, margins and in terms of cost. - Ensure transfer pricing calculation and system updated for all product categories (food, laundry, beverage) according to Group policies and business - KPI measurement of efficiency of performance for sales/profitability/marketing return on investment - Communication to Product & Marketing SVP and team about the main highlights on the critical areas for the monthly meetings interacting with Group controlling for the total Group business representation - Work on the business case creation with: - Investment controller - R&D controller and New Product cost analyst - Commercial controller YOU - Proactive with a strategic approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement; innovative and curious. - Able to communicate effectively and easily engage stakeholders at all levels; team player. - Engaged with outside-in perspective; you are ambitious, you make decisions and drive results. - Adaptable, flexible. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economic disciplines - Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Must have worked in sales controlling and/or manufacturing controlling - Experience of working for an international organization - Good knowledge of international accounting principles IFRS - Good IT operational knowledge (Office, Business Intelligence Qlik Sense) - Able to clearly communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance colleagues - Highly analytical and with a strong level of attention to detail - Strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable in interacting at all levels within the organization/functions - Available to travel internationally - Italian and fluent English.
