Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the QC and AS&T agenda across the RLT platform, aligning laboratories, systems, and processes with global standards. You drive strategy deployment, cross-site collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure compliant and efficient QC operations. You will mentor site teams, deliver learning programs, and champion quality leadership to sustain regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position within a mission-driven organization.

- Lead the implementation of QC strategy, including method lifecycle, digital laboratory strategy, and new method strategy across the platform
- Standardize and integrate business processes, data, equipment standards, and application architecture globally
- Define and execute roadmaps for QC/AS&T teams, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
- Foster cross-site collaboration, transparency, and sharing of lessons learned
- Develop on-site platform/team capabilities through coaching and leadership development
- Deliver global QC/AS&T training programs and contribute to learning materials
- Provide strong QA leadership to reinforce quality culture and regulatory awareness
- Ensure adherence to global and local safety and regulatory standards
Responsabilità
- Minimum degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related subject
- 10+ years' experience in GMP-regulated industries including QA/QC in Biotech
- Solid knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH regulatory requirements
- Broad cGMP experience across manufacturing, quality control, and validation
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate across quality, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
