Lo scopra qui sotto.As part of its construction and rehabilitation projects involving complex structures, particularly in the building, infrastructure and railway sectors, our client is looking for a Site Manager / OPC TCE (Scheduling, Steering and Coordination) to strengthen its project teams.Main responsibilities:You ensure the overall management of multidisciplinary construction operations (TCE), from the design phase through to the completion of works.You define, implement and monitor the construction schedule (design, procurement, execution, testing and pre-commissioning).You coordinate all stakeholders and contractors (technical and architectural packages).You ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards and HSE regulations.You lead coordination meetings and provide project reporting to the Client and Engineering teams.You identify risks, propose corrective actions and anticipate critical interfaces.You participate in commissioning, testing and handover phases of the works.You capitalize on project feedback in order to optimize scheduling and coordination methods and tools.You are involved in technical discussions with project managers, construction managers and discipline leads.The role concerns new-build construction projects (construction and installation), mainly on the civil engineering scope, prior to the arrival of the commissioning team.Experience in a railway environment (stations, tracks, structures, technical installations) is a real asset.Profile required:You hold an Engineering degree or Master's degree (construction, civil engineering, building, public works or equivalent).You have at least 5 years of experience in OPC, construction management or TCE coordination (5–10 years preferred).A process engineering background is preferred but not mandatory.You are proficient in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera
