Ingenium is an élite advisory firm offering open innovation services to the most cutting-edge scaleups and companies in the Fashion and Luxury Industry, with a specific focus on Made in Italy. We are a fast-growing and fully remote company, working with leading Brands, Foundations, and Universities across the global fashion innovation ecosystem. Our projects and events span the world's most dynamic fashion and innovation hubs — Milan, Paris, New York, Dubai, Singapore, San Francisco, and more.
We are looking for motivated Interns to join our international team across multiple areas. This is a hands-on role in a high-growth environment where you'll take on real responsibility from day one, with a strong focus on the Italian fashion and luxury excellence ecosystem.
What you'll do:
* Scouting and mapping innovative startups, technologies, and trends in fashion and luxury, with a focus on the Italian ecosystem.
* Ecosystem management: maintaining and growing relationships with Italian and international brands, startups, universities, investors, and institutional partners.
* Supporting consulting projects: research, benchmarking, presentation decks, and client deliverables.
* PR and communication activities across our network and channels.
* For marketing-focused profiles: content production (social media, newsletters, visual assets), event planning, coordination, and on-the-ground event management.
Requirements:
* Master's degree completed or in progress (preferably in Management, Marketing, Communication, or Fashion/Luxury studies).
* Fluent in Italian (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken).
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, agency, or similar) is a plus.
* Background in event organization, social media, or business development is a plus.
* Good knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
* Knowledge of or genuine interest in the Made in Italy ecosystem and Italian luxury supply chain.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international setting.
