Machine Learning Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI solutions in the field of healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis, as well as expertise in programming languages such as Python and R. They will also have knowledge of cloud providers, database systems, and data lakes.
The selected engineer will work closely with clinical stakeholders to develop models that answer clinical questions using evidence from electronic health records. They will also contribute to designing and building structured software and pipelines for technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate in research and development of innovative generative data models for synthetic data generation and digital twins in healthcare.
* Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of medical software, code repositories, and end-to-end pipelines using MLOps tools.
* Design and deploy machine learning pipelines in a production environment.
* Explore, define, and support the clinical validation of statistical and machine learning models applied to real-world data.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning. The ideal candidate will have:
* Mastery of machine learning/deep learning models and statistical techniques.
* Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
* Experience in developing machine learning and deep learning solutions in healthcare.
* Good proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
* Knowledge of cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and/or distributed computing.
