If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pWithin Fixed and Mobile Access Operation, this role is managing Vodafone Italy RAN operation maintenance tasks within the RAN 2nd level support team. /p pThe 2nd level support engineer is supposed to trouble‑shoot RAN issues, apply procedures and changes meant to restore the service, support remotely field engineers on complex troubleshooting, manage 3rd level vendor support, follow‑up problem management with vendors, and execute planned works, including configuration changes or software upgrades on RAN nodes. /p pThe role requires technical expertise on RAN technologies, and at the same time know‑how on processes such as incident management, problem management and change management, as well as knowledge of all security policies concerning user access management, patching and hardening related to RAN nodes. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liTrouble‑shooting issues in RAN technologies /li liService restoration in case of issues /li liPhone support to field engineer /li liManage third‑party support services /li liExecuting planned works /li liMaintenance windows activities /li liOn call service /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liStrong mobile network architecture knowledge /li liTechnical skills on Single RAN Node, BSC Air Scale, MantaRay /li liGood time management and prioritisation /li liKnowledge on incident management, problem management and change management processes /li liAptitude for analysing problems, discovering innovative solutions and hunger for technical knowledge /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport /li liExcellent English language /li /ul h3Not a perfect fit? /h3 pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
