This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering projects across Europe, within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and long-term career development.What You’ll DoAs a BMS Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the technical delivery on construction and engineering projects, from design coordination through to successful commissioning.You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and review design documents, drawings, and technical submittalsSupport project handovers and evaluate value-engineering opportunitiesProduce coordinated drawings across mechanical, electrical, and architectural systemsManage RFIs, material requisitions, purchase orders, and progress reportsLiaise with design teams, contractors, and internal project teamsPrepare method statements, risk assessments, and quality control documentationInspect installations, walk down systems, and populate test packsSupport and mentor junior engineers and graduatesWhat We’re Looking For:Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification4+ years’ experience in project engineering with a mechanical or BMS contractorProven track record delivering projects in commercial, industrial, pharma, or data centre environmentsStrong technical and commercial awarenessExcellent communication, coordination, and documentation skillsKnowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental standards and complianceAbility to lead, problem-solve, and drive project successPassion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvementWhat’s on OfferPermanent role with a long-term pipeline of exciting projects (5+ years)Excellent salary and benefits package – open to negotiationCareer development programmes to support your professional growthCollaborative, agile, and high-performance culture
