Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment.
Your tasks
Main Accountabilities
1. Define the business strategy in collaboration with the regional director
2. Manage service teams and back office LCS
3. Define operational marketing plans in collaboration with Regional Director LCS and Marketing Regional Manager
4. Establish sales targets and implement
5. Participate in negotiations with customers if necessary
6. Key account management
7. Study and follow the trends of the market and competition
8. Train sales team on new products and developments
9. Develop tools (arguments) for products and services (brochure, marketing campaign)
10. Analyze the sales figures and follow the evolution of margins
11. Update and follow-up of the CRM
12. Responsibility for the validation of logistics and software solutions to our customers
13. Quotation responsibility
14. Develop the skills of his team
15. Safety responsibility
16. Development of short, medium- and long-term business plans
17. Contribute to the team's performance by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing their support and involvement in all activities.
18. Ensure all customer feedback is recorded to support our culture of continuous improvement
