Role Overview
We're looking for a Community & Event Management Part-Time to help us activate ecosystems, connect changemakers, and bring the Hubbers spirit to life in your local network. This is more than a job. It's a starting point. You'll be a connector, a culture-builder, and a voice of collaboration—both online and in real-world spaces.
What you'll be doing
* Grow and engage diverse communities aligned with sustainability and innovation
* Organize meaningful, high-energy events (in-person and online)
* Connect with speakers, partners, and local thought leaders
* Support our mission through authentic content and local storytelling
Your Mission
* Understand our community and event framework through onboarding
* Design and deliver events that resonate locally and globally
* Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and ecosystem builders
* Share stories from your community to inspire
* Foster conversations leading to action and collaboration
* Track engagement and refine strategies based on insights
* Translate local feedback into new ideas for the community
Note: You may be provided access to training or resources to fully develop into the role.
Who You Are
* Passionate about people and authentic connections
* Experience in community building or event organizing, or eager to learn
* Care about sustainability, innovation, and impact
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Organized, tech-savvy, resourceful with tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and social media
* Curious, adaptable, and open to trying new approaches
* Ability to turn ideas into actions and challenges into opportunities

Compensation
5 to 10 hours per week, hourly pay based on experience, additional benefits tied to results, with potential for long-term growth in Hubbers.
