We are looking for a reliable and proactive EUC L1 Dispatch Engineer to provide onsite end-user support at our customer locations in Taino and Monza. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Italian and a solid foundation in EUC/IT support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.

Provide Level 1 onsite EUC support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission)
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and basic network connectivity issues
Handle hardware break/fix and coordinate with vendors when required
Log, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following defined procedures
Ensure compliance with SLA and IT service standards
Deliver excellent end-user support and customer service

Proven experience in EUC / Desktop Support (L1)
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and Active Directory
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Italian language proficiency (B2 or higher) and basic English communication
Ability to work independently during assigned half-day shifts
