1 — Design Manager / Team LeaderWe're hiring: Senior Design Manager / Team LeaderACM-e S.R.L. — an Italian engineering and architecture consultancy based in Milan and Florence — is growing its design management team for large-scale urban development and infrastructure programmes in the MENA region.We're looking for a senior leader to head multidisciplinary design teams and manage design consultants on behalf of the client.What you'll doLead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, marine/infrastructure)Manage design-consultant contracts and verify contractual compliance of deliverablesSet up design management frameworks, review protocols and change-control systemsRun multi-firm coordination, interface management and milestone verificationManage stakeholders across client, consultants and authoritiesWhat we're looking forM.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline20+ years' experience in design management on large-scale urban, infrastructure or industrial projectsProven track record managing design consultants and coordinating multiple design firmsExperience in waterfront and mixed-use master-plan developments is a strong plusPMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor highly desirableStrong command of MS Project and AconexLanguages: fluent English essential; Italian, Arabic and/or French a real advantageLocation: International assignment (MENA region), coordinated from our Milan/Florence offices.Interested, or know someone who'd be a great fit?
