Decathlon Italy is one of the main countries for the #United in terms of turnover. The activity involves today more than 146 stores, an important Production platform (DPP) and 4 distribution centers. More than 8k teammates share each day their talents at the service of our common project.
Into the finance division, (composed of 68 teammates and 8 teams) the Italian Treasury Team is looking for a new teammate to join our project.
You will be part of a team with several enthusiastic teammates, combining business partners, accounting, tax, legal and financial organizations roles.

Responsibilities
* You will join the Treasury Team and you will be actor in the growth of the business according the responsibilities of your role :
* Minimizing financial risk coming from new projects and guarantee a secure flown architecture and accurate financial records.
* Analyzing and performing appropriate funding activities (loans, deposits, cash pooling / sweeping, etc.)
* Managing cash and liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting
* Guarantee the security & compliance of the treasury processes allowing timely audits according to the risks identified with the collaboration of the internal control.
* Push the efficiency : To work on Lean, efficiency and automation. To identify and understand local needs, analyze and challenge the existing, improve and find a new way of doing things.
* Functional management : both with the local and united team.
* To share best practices and cooperate with an international network and other local services and activities.
* Managing banking relationships
* Understanding of the treasury principles and affinity for the finance domain.
* Ability to cooperate : you have recognized and horizontal leadership and you have already practiced functional management
* Proactive and focused on actions and challenges in order to pursue goals : improvement is a must for you
* Responsible and autonomous team player, able to take decisions
* Ability to communicate directly and smartly (good interpersonal skills)
* Quick learner, well organized and multi-tasker

Qualifications
* Experience in treasury, finance or related fields is preferred.
* Strong understanding of treasury principles and financial processes.
* Proven ability to collaborate across teams, with horizontal leadership experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Autonomous, proactive, and able to take decisions.
* Organized, fast learner, and able to manage multiple tasks.
