You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries and requests in person and over the phone. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using the hotel’s property management system. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including billing and cash handling.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field education is a plus. Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer skills and experience with property management systems (PMS) is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
