Gain hands-on experience across Controlling, Accounting & Consolidation, and Internal Audit, working directly with senior finance leaders and contributing to meaningful business initiatives. Responsibilities Rotation Structure:
Controlling (Months 1–3) Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Support performance monitoring and business analysis at both group and divisional levels Assist with KPI tracking and reporting for operational units Accounting & Consolidation (Months 4–6) Gain exposure to IFRS accounting, consolidation processes, and month-end reporting Contribute to the preparation of group financial statements Support intercompany reconciliation and compliance with internal accounting policies Internal Audit (Months 7–9) Assist in the planning and execution of risk-based internal audits across Cavotec entities Participate in process reviews, walkthroughs, and control testing Help identify and communicate improvement opportunities to management Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline Excellent command of English, other languages (especially Italian and German) are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Prior work experience or internships advantageous Exposure to ERP systems, Salesforce and PowerBi advantageous Accounting knowledge, IFRS advantageous Data analysis and financial modelling Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Predisposition to working in teams Candidates not in line with the requirements described above will not been taken into consideration.
