We are looking for a Senior System Architect to lead the definition and design of complex systems within next-generation connected and electrified vehicles. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end system definition, design, and validation across connected and electrified vehicle domains, ensuring system consistency across stakeholder needs and achieving the best trade-off between performance, quality, cost, and schedule, while maximizing reuse and standardization across vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities
Define and deploy the roadmap of assigned systems; contribute to product family and module strategy.
Analyze new use cases and negotiate with stakeholders (marketing, manufacturing, regulatory, maintenance, etc.).
Lead functional and dysfunctional impact analyses.
Ensure system feasibility in collaboration with subsystem and component leaders.
Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (analyst engineers, system designers, component leaders).
Organize and lead system-level technical reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, etc.).
Manage system lifecycle and configuration through PLM tools.
Track and validate system maturity using architectural views and data.
Report system-level status and risks to project management.
Ensure system design meets safety, performance, cost, and timing objectives.
Drive standardization and reuse to optimize development cost and time to market.
Qualifications
Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Systems Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in functional or system design within a multidisciplinary automotive environment.
Required Skills
Strong command of functional architectures and connected automotive services (authentication, profiles, activation, emergency call, etc.).
Understanding of vehicle functional safety and configuration management.
Ability to decompose customer needs into functional groups and ensure traceability.
Familiarity with PLM and system engineering tools for modeling and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of vehicle domains (powertrain, braking, ADAS, infotainment, etc.).
English proficiency with strong technical writing skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in modeling electronic architectures using system engineering tools (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody).
