At WayNext, Lda (Permanent), in Lisbon, Portugal We’re looking for a Tech-focused Digital Project Manager who lives and breathes technical projects, websites, web platforms, apps and system integrations. If you’re the person who can walk into a client meeting alone, listen to the problem and leave with a solution path in mind, this role is for you. You don’t need to code, but you must think like someone who does. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel, across different scopes and technology stacks. You will be the glue between the client and the technical teams. Your day-to-day will include:Unblocking projects: lead meetings, identify business needs, propose viable technical solutions on the spot Turning business into execution: write technical specs, create low-fi wireframes, define acceptance criteria Managing timelines, risks and budgets: anticipate blockers, adjust plans, ensure delivery on time and within budget Coordinating teams: assign tasks to developers and designers, track execution, run structured QA Validating and delivering: test releases, report bugs, validate fixes, hand over to the client with confidence.Main requirements Essentials3+ years managing technical digital projects (websites, apps, platforms, integrations) Strong analytical, technical mindset: comfortable with architectures, APIs, data flows, staging/production environments Fluent in “tech talk”: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, REST APIs, Git, CDNs and OWASP won’t intimidate you Natural problem solver: anticipating risks, unblocking teams and proposing pragmatic solutions is your edge Excellent communication (especially writing): remote work requires clarity and autonomyNice to haveExperience in a digital agency (multi-project environment, fast pace) Knowledge of GA4, GTM, tracking, APIs or technical SEO You use AI to speed up specs, research or QA Experience creating low-fi wireframes Understanding of UI/UX, accessibility and web performanceBenefits & PerksCompetitive compensation aligned with experience Employment contract Equipment provided (laptop and mobile phone) Challenging projects with leading brands A collaborative remote environment, focused on autonomy, excellence and continuous learning#J-18808-Ljbffr
