About The Role
As a German account manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns. Your role will have a direct impact on their success, as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the client’s customer base across EMEA.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies.
- Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long‑term partnerships.
- Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6‑12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience).
- Sales premio package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year.
- Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one‑month accommodation, and private health insurance support.
- Permanent contract & full‑time position: 39h/week, Monday to Friday.
