Key Responsibilities Pre-event planning and implementation Coordination of on-site operations related to host training and games time operations Coordination of the iLUKA host team Develop understanding of the Hospitality programme, schedule, team roles, responsibilities & expectations Create detailed training plans for client training Attend site trips and client meetings as scheduled Produce team and client documentation Manage on-site operations Establish operational systems for host team movements Develop communication systems for the host team and management Coordinate all host team elements of the hospitality programme Identify training needs and develop manuals to ensure thorough knowledge of procedures Provide end-of-programme reports Manage day-to-day team activities Prepare familiarisation training for team members on programme aspects Ensure training covers all guest contact areas including transport, venues, and hotel Prepare an Operations Manual with essential contact info, venue details, transport, and programme activities This list is not exhaustive; all team members are expected to contribute to other tasks as needed.
