Rome, ItalyManpower, a global leader in Aerospace and Defence, specializing in mechanical assembly and integration of satellite systems and subsystems, is seeking:Junior Radio Navigation Signal EngineerKey Responsibilities:Participate in the navigation engineering team in Rome, working on satellite projects G2G, lunar, and LEO PNT.Model and analyze navigation signals for the next generation of GNSS.Simulate and implement the architecture of the navigation satellite payload.Improve current GNSS signals and evaluate alternative solutions.Define and implement algorithms and tools for analyzing navigation signal performance.Conduct simulation campaigns and tests to evaluate navigation payload performance.Qualifications:PhD or master's degree in Telecommunications, Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.Knowledge of GNSS signals and Galileo SIS-ICD.Experience in digital signal processing and coding techniques.Knowledge of telecommunication systems and GNSS.Ability to work in a team.Proficiency with simulation and programming tools (Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python).Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.What We Offer:Permanent contract in temporary employment, Metalworking national collective labor agreement (CCNL), approximately €33k gross annual salary + about €10 tickets + 2-3 days of smart working per week + MyPath program (dedicated to professional growth and employee benefits).Location: Rome
