The Role - Elevated For Duty Manager & Security Excellence Own the Daily Beat (DUTY MANAGER FOCUS) Be the go-to leader who ensures the hotel runs smoothly across all departments. Jump into operations wherever needed - clearing bottlenecks, reshaping flow, and supporting Talent with hands-on guidance. Be present on the floors: lobby, F&B, corridors, Whatever/Whenever, guest floors - _you run the show_. Resolve guest challenges with speed, empathy, and the signature W attitude. Coordinate with FO, HSK, and F&B leaders to keep the vibe high and the service tight. Stand in as the key decision-maker during your shift, keeping the experience on point at all times. Protect the Playground (LOSS PREVENTION FOCUS) Patrol the hotel to keep guests, Talent, and spaces safe, stylish, and fully functional. Lead investigations, manage incidents, and complete flawless documentation. Maintain compliance with W brand standards and local regulations (incl. Italian Law D.Lgs 81/08). Train Talent on safety culture and emergency readiness. Build connections with local authorities and external partners. Keep equipment, systems, and safety tools ready for anything.
