Title: Italy Site Acquisition Manager, Lockers by Quadient
Location: Milan, Hybrid
Reports to: Head of Sales
Your Role
As part of the Quadient Parcel Lockers Division, you will build a new business focused on securing host locations for parcel lockers across Italy. This fast‑paced, hybrid role requires a self‑starter who can identify, negotiate, and manage onboarding for a variety of hosts, from retail chains to public sector bodies.
What You Will Do
* Search for potential parcel locker locations and build strategic relationships with large organisations that own those spaces.
* Assess sites for suitability (footfall, access, parking, connectivity, security).
* Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate with the Onboarding and installation teams to ensure efficient delivery.
* Serve as the main point of contact for property management teams, ensuring readiness for installation.
* Maintain successful post‑onboarding relationships and proactively address issues.
* Analyse usage data, create reports, and communicate results to Host and C‑Suite teams.
* Record all actions in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with internal departments.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase role efficiency.
* Create a great customer satisfaction experience and support business development opportunities.
Your Profile
* Self‑starter with a strong desire to work in a high‑energy environment.
* Creative, independent, and team‑oriented.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
* Eligible to work in the European Union.
