Become an EXpert as a Senior Graphic Designer
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality creative solutions across various digital and traditional media. This role requires strong design expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Working independently with general supervision, the Senior Graphic Designer must balance conceptual creativity, executional excellence, and brand consistency across all projects. What You'll Need to Be Successful:
* 4-6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or an idea-led in-house agency.
* English proficiency: (B2+/C1).
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design software.
* Experience working with different AI tools focused on design.
* Motion Graphics design experience is very important and valuable in this role.
* Strong conceptual and executional skills, with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and digital best practices.
* Ability to develop multi-channel creative work for social media, display ads, email, video, etc.
* Experience with video editing tools (please specify your preferred software).
* Experience working within brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across multiple touchpoints.
* Awareness of emerging design trends, creative tools, and industry innovations.
