Ph3Ruoli e responsabilità /h3 pThe EAM System Specialist is responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing performance of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across a global technical services and engineering organisation in line with Merlin Asset Management Policy. The role ensures the system effectively supports asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. /p pThe EAM System Administrator will manage the effective operation, stability, and continuous improvement of HxGN EAM across Merlin attractions under the guidance of the EAM System Specialist, working closely with Global Technical Services, local Technical Services teams and IT. The role covers system support, configuration, rollout, and performance reporting, ensuring global standards are consistently applied while meeting local operational needs. Occasional international travel may be required to support system rollouts, training, and on-site issue resolution. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liProvide ownership of the helpdesk ticketing function of HxGN EAM for in-scope Merlin attractions (user account administration, data uploading, support questions, etc.) /li liManage communication and support to attractions to tackle and eliminate bugs and issues. /li liProvide solutions to and test change requests to improve system performance. /li liManage and test system configuration changes to ensure all standards are maintained. /li liSupport the rollout of HxGN EAM across a defined pipeline of Merlin’s designated attractions. /li liEnsure that relevant employees are sufficiently trained in HxGN EAM and supported for the successful ongoing utilisation of the system. /li liProduce necessary performance reports and core data analysis from within HxGN EAM to help drive processes or technical engineering efficiencies and improvements. /li liCarry out work in line with changing business requirements as and when required. /li /ul h3Qualifiche ed esperienza /h3 ul liExperience with managing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, preferably HxGN EAM. /li liExperience in SQL report writing and data extraction is preferred but not essential. /li liStrong experience with Microsoft Excel for data cleansing, formatting and analysis. /li liDemonstrated experience delivering projects related to the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of new systems within a technical or engineering environment. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liExperience supporting multi-site, global organisations, including standardisation and cross-region collaboration. /li /ul h3PERSONAL QUALITIES /h3 ul liFlexibility – adapts quickly to changing priorities and operational needs. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills – communicate clearly and build effective working relationships. /li liStakeholder management – manage and influence stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes. /li liLone working as well as in a group – works effectively both independently and as part of a team. /li liInitiative – proactively identify and resolve issues. /li liOrganisation skills – prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines. /li /ul h3Benefici /h3 pYou'll be part of a supportive, capable and engaging team that will provide the training needed to excel in this role.
