Reach millions. bThis is just the beginning /b. /p h3Description and Responsibilities /h3 pYou will be part of Sibill’s Tech team and act as the go-to person for all things IT. Your mission will be to ensure that our colleagues have the right tools, hardware and support to work efficiently and securely. /p pIn particular, you will: /p ul liProvide bIT support /b to internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of our hardware and software ecosystem. /li liManage bhardware and software orders /b with external suppliers. /li liHandle bprovisioning and de-provisioning of accounts /b across all internal tools (Google Workspace, Jira, and more). /li liTake care of bemployee onboarding and offboarding /b, making sure new joiners are fully equipped and leavers are securely offboarded. /li liMonitor and troubleshoot issues across bOS (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android) /b and bhardware (PCs and Apple devices) /b. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in bIT support / helpdesk role /b, ideally in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong knowledge of bGoogle Workspace /b and bJira /b. /li liProficiency in managing and troubleshooting bmacOS, Windows, Linux, Android /b. /li liFamiliarity with bhardware management /b (PCs, Apple devices). /li liStrong problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude and ability to prioritize. /li liTeam player with excellent communication skills (Italian and English). /li liBe able to commute to our office in Milan at least twice a week. /li /ul h3Comp Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary, with a bRAL in the range of 30–35K € /b, depending on experience. /li liLunch voucher (8€/business day). /li liWelfare budget to spend on our dedicated benefit platform. /li liYou will work within a team of smart, passionate and nice human beings.
