A Snapshot of Your DayIn this position you will join a multi-national and multi-skilled team of Field Service Engineers and technicians, who support a large range of rotating equipment worldwide committed to deliver the best in class service and support to our customers. As a supervisor you ensure planning and execution of the different tasks and activities during the maintenance and installation of the Large Steam Turbines in our customers site worldwide.How You’ll Make An ImpactImplement and supervise new unit installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, overhaul, repair, modification, and upgrade at the level established by management on rotating equipments as shift supervisor or technical site lead.Review, inspect the required standard and special tooling and equipment during on site outage preparation phase.Prepare daily shift activities and ensure clear shift handover with peers, lead and communicate clearly on job requirements to personnel and subcontractors.Collaborates with the team to ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation on assembly/disassembly activities.Actively support with outage preparation activities with project engineers, project managers, tooling facilities engineers, outage manager and HSE professional on demand.What You BringProven background in power generation, ideally with Siemens Energy rotating equipments. Good understanding of HSE and Quality requirements and standards in the related field of work.Skilled in mechanical maintenance within power or Oil & Gas sectors, with hands-on experience and ability to interpret technical drawings and standards.Proven team leadership, fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional languages considered a plus.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools; proactive and problem-solving approach.Strong collaborator in diverse, high-pressure environments; committed to continuouslearning and innovation.Willing to travel extensively (around 80/90% of the time) and work independently in worldwide customers sites.About The TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
