Short Description
The intern will join our Human Resources team, supporting recruitment and HR development activities while gaining hands‐on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Posting job advertisements on major recruiting platforms
Screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews
Supporting communication with department managers to understand hiring needs
Managing and organizing HR documentation and records
Supporting HR projects, particularly in training and talent development initiatives
Requirements
Strong interest in Human Resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team‐oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Economics, xrdztoy Humanities, or related field (ongoing or completed)
Additional Qualifications
Good command of English (from good to advanced)
Previous experience in HR (even brief) is considered a plus
