We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join our Plant in Sedico (BL).
The Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
As a Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer, you will apply your knowledge of science and math to develop the most streamlined, efficient methods of component and parts distribution. You will handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse and material flow layouts, and help define and design material flow infrastructure to maximize transportation and reduce indirect costs.
Here are some responsibilities you will have:
* Ensure that the Company’s manufacturing processes comply with all government laws and regulations.
* Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data; provide reports with data and statistics to help business leaders understand future manufacturing requirements (e.g., OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation).
* Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs; review schedules and future production needs to assist management.
* Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
* Project tracking.
* Benchmarking.
* Process standardization and optimization.

* You hold a Degree in Engineering.
* You have at least 2-3 years of experience in complex environments in roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer.
* You have knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* You can establish and maintain excellent relationships.
* You are capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and delivering on time.
* You are oriented towards digitalization and information technologies.
* You are flexible and adaptable to constant change.
