The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual requirements.Responsibilities

Lead and manage project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement supportOversee project cost monitoring, forecasting and financial reportingDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phasesCoordinate subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project programmeSupport procurement and contracts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and servicesOversee logistics planning including personnel mobilisation, equipment transportation and offshore coordinationManage document control systems ensuring contractual documentation requirements are metPrepare and present project reporting to senior leadership and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements and company procedures
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised universityMinimum 15 years' experience in project services / project controls within major engineering or energy projectsStrong background in EPC / EPCIC project environmentsDemonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary project services teamsStrong analytical, organisational and reporting capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
