Ph3Job Activities /h3 ul liWorks closely with Accounting Manager, providing support also to the rest of Finance team on several periodic accounting and reporting tasks or on ad-hoc requests /li liActively participates in the month-end accounting close process in compliance with US GAAP and Corporate policies /li liPerforms detailed analyses on general ledger and cost accounting, especially during the month-end closing process /li liProvides support for the process of monthly data upload to Group's reporting systems /li liHe/she is significantly involved in the budgeting process and in the periodic preparation of financial forecasts /li liProvides support to audit activities carried out by external or internal auditors, especially in the context of accounting audits and of J-SOX procedures /li liWill be significantly involved in the transition to the new ERP system S/4 Hana /li /ul h3Professional Requirements /h3 ul liExperience (about 2‑3 years) in accounting and management/cost accounting, either in an Audit Firm or in industrial and multinational companies /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in business economics or equivalent /li liGood knowledge of English language /li liHigh familiarity with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Data Warehouses, ERP systems (preferably SAP) /li liKnowledge of the main accounting topics, also from an Italian statutory and fiscal point of view /li liStrong attitude for problem solving, high analytical skills, strong critical thinking, excellent teamwork skills, marked spirit of initiative, precision, reliability, adaptability and good relational skills /li /ul pThe location (work office) will be in bCaleppio di Settala (MI) /b and bCernusco sul Naviglio /b. The role is stationary (work from the office), future opportunities of remote working will be discussed once the person is fully integrated in the work organization.
