Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining training content for multiple programs within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, with practical experience in training end users on platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering impactful learning activities to enable adoption for organizational transformation, upskilling end users, and collaborating with developers to unit test and verify solutions meet business requirements.
Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of training materials, schedules, and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ~2-3 years' experience as a IT Application Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or Learning and Development Specialist
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Practical experience in training end users on platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to tailor learning needs to match the needs of the organization
