As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space. /ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for an experienced and internationally minded Regional Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Bybit’s payments ecosystem across Russia, CIS, and emerging global corridors. This role will focus on merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, PSP integrations, and strategic growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels. /ppThe ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead market expansion for Bybit Pay across Italy, EU and surrounding regions, building and owning the full growth pipeline. /liliAcquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels. /liliDrive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases. /liliDevelop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows. /liliSupport cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations. /liliProvide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction. /liliRepresent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulli3–7+ years of experience in payments / fintech / PSP / acquiring / merchant growth / crypto BD. /liliLong-term overseas work or study experience (must-have). /liliStrong understanding of local payment rails, fiat/crypto conversion flows, card programs, and merchant needs. /liliDemonstrated success in driving regional growth or launching payment products in multiple markets. /liliAbility to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. /liliNative local language proficiency + strong English communication skills. /liliNetwork across fintech, Web3, PSPs, acquirers, or merchant ecosystems is highly preferred. /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for payments and cross-border movement. /liliBackground working in global remote teams. /liliPrior experience with crypto exchanges, payment gateways, or card programs. /li /ulpbWhat We Offer /b /pulliCompetitive compensation with performance-driven incentives. /liliThe opportunity to build the next-generation global crypto payment ecosystem. /liliCross-functional collaboration with high-performing global teams. /liliFast growth path with high ownership and strategic influence. /li /ulh3Creare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca /h3h3La vostra privacy è per noi molto importante /h3pNoi e i nostri 1 partner archiviamo e accediamo ai dati personali, come i dati di navigazione gli o identificatori univoci, sul tuo dispositivo.
